In order to undertake the emergency first aid at work course, you must be able to physically demonstrate the ability to perform the practical elements. For instance, performing CPR requires the ability to remain in the kneeling position for longer than two minutes. You do not require any prior medical training to qualify for this course.
To avoid ‘skill fade’, it is suggested that you update your training at least once a year. As mentioned above, you will receive the FAA Level 2 Award for completing this course, and this is valid for three years.
